As soon as I blow ballast, it goes 1-2m to the top and then it start sinking... Blowing ballast once again makes no difference (no more ballast I guess)

Last option - its semi cheating (although this situation might warrant it) and that would be edit your save to drop some of the damage so you can get back to the surface.

As said before, as soon I go up just 1m, it starts to sink immideately... :/ Also how do edit my safe? well... I know how, but what file should I look into and what exactly to edit?
