Also, one veteran said that when they finally conquered Hanko, "they bathed in the blood of the Finns". Umm... Ivan you really need to give up the Vodka. :p When Soviet troops took Hanko, there was nobody there to defend it. Why? Because it was in the terms of the truce that Finland was to lend Hanko to Soviet Union for 30yrs.

Yeh, I cant understand the propaganda thing that is still going on in Russia. It's so obvious, so why keep doing it? Over 60yrs have gone by, so I cant see who will it hurt to get the facts right and stop over-glorifying their achievements. |
Its all they got, seems that truth would hurt.
