Installed some extra ram, got 2 gig now. The game runs quite smoothly now eaven under high time compression. Had one crash unfortunatley  so tried putting 3D sound slider all the way to the right like you suggested , so far haven't had any problens, fingers crossed  . Thnks for the tip banjo mate

This game is so sensible to any file change, a change into a single line of text can cause a crash... do you have many mods installed ? :hmm:
