Looks like you've got it set up pretty well. What I find is your first few patrols you're like "This will never work!" and then a couple years in you're like "This is too easy. I have a Uber Crew!"
For the first time I'm using the SH3 Commander random crew transfer, it's pretty cool. And I hope will keep my crew from getting so good I never have to think about them again.
