To be serious for a moment, a foreigner (ie. non-American citizen, not sure about legal immigrants green card holders etc.) would not have the same Constitutional rights as an American? To everyone, this isn't so much about gun control, as the fact of withholding Constitutional rights (whether we agree with the particular right or not
) from someone with a "suspicious" name.
