mmm... I have tried to understand by myself how to change this setting but I would appreciate your help !.....

For example:

[CargoLST]
Multiplier=1.000000
Flotability=30.000000
HitPoints=60
Destructible=No
Armor Level=-1
Critic Flotation=0.300000
Critical=No
FloodingTime=59.999996
CargoType=None

May I chave to change "floodingtime" or "critic flotation"? I think it is the first one but what was the old values in original file? That would give me an idea to put the setting at the half (beetween old and actual values)...
Does the value for "critic flotation" have been changed too?
I think, sometimes, wounded ship stay too longer with their bridge under water. I think it is not possible to have bridge under water more than 1/2 hour and don't sink... It is a personal taste.

And a last question: Do you know what the setting "Destructible=No" means please?
