Black Map Contacts Mod v.1.1

All map contacts, friendly, enemies and neutral units, are now black in the map so you have to identify the unit flag before attacking. Also sonar line is black for both, merchants and warships.

More challenge to the gameplay and more realism added if you play with Map Contacts Update turned on...

*Note 1: Lifeboats and survivors are still colored in blue/red to help in Rescue missions.

**Note 2: I converted all the stock ships, airplanes and subs. If you are using more imported units from packs or SH3 see the readme included.
