Ok, I checked the file and tested it. The "Next Tube" Command is working fine, but the command to fire the torpedo is "Fire Tube" instead of "Fire Torpedo"
Once again, "Next Tube" to switch tubes
"Fire Tube" to fire torpedoes.

By the way, I checked and the VAC system, even though the download is free, it is a 30 day demo, but I believe that the unlimited version just costs $10, so it is inexpensive and I still recommend it.
