I wasn't really thinking of a welcome. More just music playing. At Pearl Harbor one of the ships had a band playing just prior to the attack (at least according to the movie 'Tora Tora Tora'). It would be nice if we could model that and the Fanfara_01.wav sound would allow us to do things like that.

All U.S. bases, forts and posts, and all ships big enough to have a band, always play the National Anthem (Star-Spangled Banner) at 0800 hours when the flag is raised; hence the scene in the movie.
