That's a pdf which will give you the basics of skinning, including file examples and tools required. You'll be able to tell if you will be able to skin from that.
Don't be frightened by them, once you know where each bit is, it really quite easy to skin a boat.
If you still want to try, just give a shout and i'll be glad to help. I might even be able to unpack/repack the Type 21 dat file for you or tell you how, also, if you are happy working with graphics files, I could send you the tga file for the XXI and then I could pack it for you.
:hmm:I've never used the 21 before and it's been ages since I looked at the files for it, time for re-education.
