I think this is what your asking for. I use parts of this mod also.
Extraxct the mod an delete everything except this: /DATA/LIBRARY/USSUBPARTS/Sensors_sub_US.sim, then install using ur favorite mod installer.
NOTE: You'll have to manualy turn on the radar when you surface
