Isn't it a little crazy that none of this information is in the SH4 manual? How are we supposed to know the amount of tonnage to be sank and such. Thanks for the post though, I have been searching for the last 30 min to try to find someone with the same problem. I have sailed all over the ocean, refueled twice and sunk 85k of tonnage. Most of my tonnage is merchants so I guess I need to find some destroyers. I had the exact same situation, reporded task force and didn't get the destroyers. At least now I know what to look for!
