Maybe some later patch will add the ability to click the Captain's picture to see it up close, and add a button so that you can change the picture while in-game. Not exactly a priority, but it'd introduce more players to what that thing really is. I'd still be wondering if it wasn't for this forum, I think

At the very least, a tool-tip should be added saying something like '
CAPTAIN'S PICTURE - change this picture by replacing picture.tga in your Data/CaptainPicture folder'.
