If you just want to randomize the skins, regardless of date, you should put each skin in a different numbered directory under the Random folder, e.g. one skin under directory 0, one under directory 1, etc...

Of course each file to be randomized has to have its correct path, e.g.
random\0\19390901\data\..... etc...
random\1\19390901\data\..... etc...

In this way one skin will be picked by SHIII according to the randomizrd value.

If you want that some skin appear only after a certain date, you must use differend date folder, e.g.
random\0\19390901\data\..... etc...
random\0\19400701\data\..... etc...
random\0\19420901\data\..... etc...
...
random\1\19390901\data\..... etc...
random\1\19410401\data\..... etc...
random\1\19430601\data\..... etc...


in this way according to current date, only the most recent (but not future) skin will be picked from the randomized folder
