I always try, if possible, to get English versions due to later patching problems, problems with mods, etc. One thing is sad, though, English versions are more expensive compared to localized Polish ones.

When you click one "more info" button you will see that it is a 1.2 patch so I believe 1.12 on first page is a typo. I've downloaded it but didn't apply that patch yet - at work during weekend
