The same way other budget airlines work - a small number of tickets that price and the rest more expensive with the cost increasing as you get nearer the date. Then you use airports that arent the main ones to cut down on fees, charge extras if someone wants to take a bag and so on.
Established model in europe, can fly just about anywhere for £50 if you choose carefully. I've been return to Dublin for £0.01 before now.
