Right now I'm going to follow install and download instructions:
1. GWX.exe
2. GWX-1.bin
3. GWX-2.bin
4. GWX-3.bin
5. GWX-4.bin
6. GWX-5.bin
7. GWX103.exe
then install:
1. sh3commander v2.7
2. SH3cfg4SH3Cmdr
I dont know if I'll do multi intsallations of SH3, afterall, I'll only be playing the GWX and sh3commander version.
Big HOORAH! to all those involved in this. I wish there were a disk that I could buy that had everything already on it.

edit: I have only installed SH3 vanilla out of box version and the patches up to v1.4b so I dont think I need to uninstall/reinstall.
