After patching SHIV to 1.2 the tweak file for the us_torpedo.sim doesnt seem to work no more
... is a new tweak file required or is there another way to fiddle with the torp speeds ?
i have no clue how to hex edit anything btw
all other tweak files work just fine
except for the torpedo sim file
