I was looking for somethin to appear down among the other buttons like the photo button. But on my third time trying to get the guy off the boat I noticed I was being shot at from shore. Probably bad form to try and land an agent under fires so I bet the option didn't become available. The gunners were rotten shots and it was 0130 on a moonless night so I cant falut them but they were so bad I didn't even notice the first two tries.
