Europe and even Canada take long vacations every year. They have shutdowns, where that is unheard of in the US. In the US, you are even looked down upon for even mentioning you want to take a week, even if it is your right!

And you wonder why we have problems. We've given up the ghost in the name of productivity. SOmething tells me this great nation can't keep this up forever since it is showing signs of crumbling.
