Yeah this mod was released after v.1.2 patch, both versions of the boincoculars are full compatible with it. You should not have any problem with the file "menu_1024_768.cfg" but if you have, please tell me

Yes, sorry, the cross is yellow and turns red when pointing an enemy ship
