I know what you're saying there mate. I just finished my first GWX patrol week or so ago. Great fun.
The BdU was quite a happy actually, they promised me a XXI boat ASAP. Must be because for all the patrols I have started on GWX earlier, my sub has never returned back to port until now. I just used to sent them message:
"U-# to Bdu
BORED. HEADING TO MEXICO TO CHECK OUT THE CHICKS. UP YOURS!"
