When you download a Mod, you'll first need to 'extract' or unzip the file, at which point you will see it as a standard windows folder. Now you can drag and drop the extracted file into your MODS folder. When you enable a mod within JSGME, the original file you're replacing is placed in the BACKUP folder. When you disable your mod, the original file is returned.
