You know with Manual TDC on and Weapons Officer help off I don't really know why I even bother keeping a weapon's officer one on board. I suppose it just makes the command room feel cozier. Nevertheless whenever I go through a lengthly attack where my crew becomes exhausted he is the one that I rest along with my machinist officer. So basically for the first 24 hours after an attack (successful or not) my command room has but two officers in it. Usually I'm still surfaced and I have my WO up top. My crew only get truly tired when I empty all my torpedo tubes and start to move torpedoes in from the outside. However barring that usually the only issue is in resting officers. Since you can't have any old guy run the bridge its a pain to rest them , plus only two officer bunk slots really annoys me.
Actually just last night I had my machinist running the Engine Room and I found out to my dismay that he has helium voice. really makes resting myu officers annoying, just for that baby voice.
I tell ya thats one beautful thing about SH4: auto-rotation of crew.
