I finally decided to start trying my hand at modding SH4, so to start off I've been doing some of my own skinning projects. Thus far things have been going smoothly, thanks in no small part to some of the wonderful member turtorials already posted.
Anyways, now that I've got the hang of skinning subs, I want to start spicing up some of the warship textures. Now here's where I'm having difficulty. I can change around the texture "shipname_T##.dds" files just fine, for example say the Mogami, but I can't get rid of camouflage scheme applied on most of the stock ships.
So is there another file I'm supposed to be messing around with, or am I just missing something here entirely.
