Cheers... It is present but not in "auto".
The simple reason is..the capt is too busy looking at scope (or in the loo) and he trust his competent and professional crew to be up their own tasks.
Thats why they have been trained for... so no need to ask the capt permission to get on with their jobs
This way with/without capts intervention, once an air/ship is spoted they automatically run to the AA/DeckGun
