These numbers don't seem unrealistic to me, stock SH4 HE ammo seems very underpowered.
Increased the storage numbers simply because I seem to always run out on long patrols.
I won't try to justify my choices further, if you like the mod, great, if not then by
all means download the mini tweaker and adjust to taste.
That being said, enjoy blowing stuff up!
