Well, if they're trying to avoid precision then they've done admirably well: I've just drawn another line and the apparent distance on screen between the ticks marked 0.0 and 0.1 is actually slightly greater, to my eye, than the distance between the ticks marked 0.1 and 0.3. There isn't one for 0.2.
In fact...
Actually, the distance is the same (call me obsessive - I got a real ruler); but even so, not sure why one's only 0.1nm and the other is 0.2.
