I am there too Mush, I plan to have GWX and SH4 on my computer for awhile,

Last night I installed the patch, didn't re-boot
, had some major stuttering, let out a couple of real " wtfs ", then realized my mistake
Re-booted and all was good
ahhhh....patience.
