Everyone has a screeny program.

Hit the print screen key.

Call up MS Paint.

Hit CTRL+V.

Click the File menu.

Select, "Save As..."

Save as a JPEG.

Upload to a free photobucket account (or Image Shack, or any of the other numerous free photo sites).
