Only problem would be wether Thailand would be neutral or enemy, as they were officially not at war with the US (but at war with Britain AFAIK).
How where thai vessels treated by the USN?
The Thais had a WW1 destroyer from the Brits and serveral italian build torpedo boats, plus some japanese build coast defence vessels and sloops (some of them preserved until today).

Manchuko was name given to the land they conquered in China during the war. I believe Thailand was called Burma during the war also. Just a side note of course.
