SH4 uses current enlisted ranks not WW2 ranks.
SH4 uses today's 9 ranks and their titles, not the 7 of WW2. Senior Chief, E8, and Master Chief, E9, did not exist then. You can try to change the text there, but there may be other things going on with the mapping code to the ranks. Their are some odd things in the SH4 Data directory.
