Hmm, ofcourse there is lots of piping that can burst and flanges that can start leaking. That will cause flooding too. So one CAN have flooding with an intact pressure hull. |
Also if one of the main ballast tanks is ruptured, you may not have flooding but the only direction you're going is down.
