Look at this thread
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=109698 there is a list of changes from GWX v.1.02 to v.1.03. Hollywood effects are in zones.cfg file, that file I couldn't found on this list that been changed. If you have a Hollywood effects in v.1.02 then you should have it in v.1.03.:hmm:
