The thing is that speed in SH3 is like speed everywhere else: its nice but it isn't always the best. Being patient enough to make sure that your calculations are perfect so that a slower electric torpedo will hit is worth it for day attacks. And that friggin bug has ruined me alot. Even the other night in the midst a frantic attack I quickly went to fire an elec at a target of opportunity but forgot the bug in the mad TDC changes. I realised it the second I fired.
It happens to everyone. A little patience and I'd have remembered and gotten it right.
Don't neglect the elec.
