I wish to thank everyone for the help in reinstalling SH3 and GWX I don't know why gameshadow would no longer let me get the 1.4 upgrade or get the Gwx upgrade everytime I went to download it said I have no permissions. So with the help of the Subsim Captains I have now accomplished my goal and can now continue the mission of ruling the world
