I have to wonder if theres a difference between the DvD version of SH4, and the D/L version of SH4. What makes me wonder this is ive seen at least one person asking for a "bad weather guns mod" because it was annoying him. In the D/L version ive been playing, weather has absolutely no effect on the guns. So i have to wonder.

here's a pic of the radar screen that i see. Note, no extra graph lines on the display screen.

Then you have Neals, who i think is using the DVD version.
