Gotcha. Some of the info is rather vague as far as how it works in game.
There is a flag pull down sheet? Where?
I did find that there is some sort of clock floating at the top of every screen...only there doesn't seem to be anyway to make it work. I clicked all over the thing and it never started taking time. Seems pointless to include that up there and then not have it do anything.
