I am using SH3 in Nov 44 and am using G7es torpedoes.

They are not working???

I get a target within 500 - 1500 m and fire at a merchant, torpedoes set depth at 3 or 4 metres, impact. When I fire them let's say, in a salvo, spread 1 degree, nothing happens. The time goes right by when it should have hit the merchant and keep right on running; NO IMPACT.

What's up? What am I doing wrong?
