i get this problem after i've restocked at a base :/
They either refuse to reload at all or sometiems the crew will partialy reload a torpedo but then stop. (and no i'm not in silent running mode and yes i've tried switching auto-reload off and on a few times)
I'm sitting in front of a nice fat convoy right now and can't do a damn thing cause of it...
