The Pyro has only been assigned to the US, and the C2 and C3 have been assigned only to the US and UK (I believe the UK operated a few of each type). However, I don't know if I'm going to proceed with the release, as it's possible Ubisoft would be upset and I don't know about getting someone to fix the damage models.
@ Privateer - I don't know how to make new damage models, especially not for SHIV (as I can't actually run the game). I believe that requires good hex-editing skills too, anyway. Sergbuto has often remarked on the difficulties of this aspect of ship construction.
