I was curious if anyone else has found success with their crews and their special abilities working correctly.

I am less concerned about the 'Less chance of breakage' and 'Fanatical Commander' types, but much MORE interested in the ones that 'Increase Torpedo Speed', 'Decrease Torpedo Loading' and 'Increas Overall Speed' of the sub.

I've loaded a few games with them and had no effect, even after I spiked the percentage factor that their skill affects by a factor of 10.

These skills working for anyone, or is it just me?
