If you're buying the regular edition in Canada, it looks like you will get nothing at all. Not even a map or keyboard quick-reference card.
(There appears to be an investigation underway by Ubisoft right now, according to the Ubi forum, and a couple of people including myself have contact Ubisoft - if you're Canadian, then I suggest you wait awhile before buying the game).
