I don't see why Canadians should not be getting the promised materials, and I don't see how it could be EB Games or Futureshop's mistake (unless they opened and resealed each game, stealing the materials in the process, which I would regard as highly unlikely).

I too paid $62.00 for the game, but I expected bonus materials and still do.
