In AOD DOS v1.2 ...

It seems that once a wolfpack is formed, even when you leave the pack behind you are stuck at 64X TC the max. Right now, I am returning to France with a single torpedo in the stern tube after sinking seven merchants. Is there anyway to resolve this so that I can travel again at 512X, 1024X, or 2048X?
