This is the third virus I have picked up from people who just don't get it. Got a bug stay at home and stopping spreading it around, the first was a cold in January then hot on it's heels a rotten virus causing coughing fits. The worth offenders are the ones who think they are hero's for turning up for work and spreading there germs all over the place which results in people going off sick.

Trust me though, I've survived virus plagued offices this year using this simple tactic. I think I've completely avoided the minefield this way.
