Besides, some of the modders I know, 1)have no interest in a PTO & 2)can't even run SH4 at the moment.

As for wolfpacks, if it can be done (properly) then it will be

, if not then you can be assured that this is due to the limitation in the SH3 coding, which we can't change. It won't be for a want of trying.

Wolfpacks are a must have in many people's eyes.(aswell as AI torpedos)
