It doesn't say how many cameras the council will put out but at £200 a pop they are certainly going to have to catch a few people to pay for it.
On the otherhand though, if the council's want to put free cameras out to residents that's their business. (& our money
).
There is one floor in their plan. How many self-respecting residents will see a can of beans lying about, pick it up and put it in the bin?:rotfl: Next, we'll be paying for extra tip workers to reclaim the binned cameras.
