I might be wrong but I have experienced this before. Everything is repaired but the damage is bad enough where I can not use what was seemingly repaired. Last I remember it was my scope. Showed fixed but still red and it would not go up and down. It was busted for the rest of the patrol. Now, being a leading member of the 2nd partol your dead club I have had alot of experience with repairs and such
, My guess, even that is shows repaired, it is red because it us unusable.
