No, this was before the first (pc game) Harpoon came out. I think this particular game came out around 86-88, at least on my C64 Although I had the old P&P Harpoon around that time.
I recall having to sit on the bridge and issue orders while looking through Binos. It would take forever for those damnable Russians missiles to come into sight.
